📋 Description

• Responsible for sales and strategic territory management in Hemato-oncology area. • Engage with healthcare providers in dedicated Hemato-oncology practices and key hospital accounts. • Develop and implement effective account-based selling strategies. • Identify and establish new opportunities within the assigned territory. • Provide scientific support and resources to healthcare professionals. • Act in accordance with internal compliance guidelines and external local procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Fluent in Portuguese and English • Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completion of an undergraduate college degree. • Strong account based selling experience. • Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts. • History of working with multiple stakeholders. • Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team focused and emotionally intelligent. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Hemato -oncology area is preferred. • Launch product experience preferred. • Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results. • Strong background in navigating within health system. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • Sense of urgency, enthusiasm, drive and a desire “to make a difference”. • Possesses strong cross-functional abilities, collaborates effectively within the team, and fosters a positive and inclusive environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity while making the product experience simple.
