• The Oncology Medical Affairs team seeks a Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Scientist. • The role involves providing strategic insight and leadership into health outcomes evidence needs for the Lilly Oncology Breast portfolio. • Responsibilities include executing high-impact science and influencing evidence needs for improved patient outcomes. • Involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and significant contributions to HO research strategy.

Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 5+ years or PharmD/MS degree with 5-11 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects, with at least 5 years’ experience in Oncology. • Strong comprehension and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information clearly • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams • Proven ability to be flexible with work assignments and deliver results with quality and speed • Understanding of health care systems in at least one of US, Europe, or Asia • Technical and analytic capabilities in economic modeling, economic evaluation, health care policy, etc. • Ability to think and act globally with a customer focus and a solution orientation
