β’ This is a full time role which can be either on a contract basis in Europe, or as an employee in the UK. β’ As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team and drive our expansion efforts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. β’ The primary focus of this role will be on prospecting, identifying key decision-makers, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. β’ The SDR will utilize a combination of research, outreach, and strategic communication to effectively engage prospects and generate qualified leads for our Sales Executives.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. β’ 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or the aviation industry. β’ Proven track record of success in prospecting and lead generation, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. β’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. β’ Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional language would be a plus. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and colleagues. β’ Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a proactive approach to achieving goals. β’ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), Sales Engagement tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Experience in using tools and technologies including AI to increase efficiency and output. β’ Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or industry events as needed.
