🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in learning & development on curriculum development. • Experience in building out training modules through self-paced eLearning modules; Articulate Storyline experience is desired. • Experience managing an LMS (Rippling, UKG, Moodle, or Schoox experience is a plus). • Experience creating video content with tools such as Camtasia. • Has a desire to lean into new technologies such as AI tools to drive better learning outcomes. • Analytical skills to use and represent data (Google Sheets/Excel). • Project management skills to coordinate multiple learning initiatives. • Strong judgment and decision-making skills. • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated supportive, collaborative and problem-solving attitude. • Strong customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and takes ownership to ensure timely delivery of all work.
