• As a Sales Strategy and Execution Lead at Truva, you are the driving force behind our business growth by identifying and engaging with potential new customers. • Your mission is to generate leads and create opportunities for our sales team by understanding prospects' needs and challenges, and effectively communicating the value of Truva's solutions. • This role is perfect for someone with a proactive mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for sales. • You'll be instrumental in developing processes and expanding our customer base, all while building a rewarding career in tech sales. • Provide day-to-day support to sales strategy and sales head on all aspects of execution, including forecasting calls, pipeline updates, outreach planning and performance reviews, etc. • Identify and target potential clients that could benefit from Truva's B2B SaaS solutions, employing a variety of prospecting techniques. • Engage prospects through emails, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services, uncover business needs, and demonstrate how Truva addresses those needs. • Meet or exceed set KPIs related to outreach activities, lead generation, and pipeline contributions. • Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding prospect reactions, objections, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine our strategies and offerings.

Requirements

• Sales Acumen: Experience in sales or a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service), with a demonstrated capability to engage new clients proactively. • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively articulate Truva's value and foster relationships with potential customers. • Flexibility: A high sense of urgency and adaptability to tailor conversation strategies on the fly to match the diverse needs of prospects. • Team Player: Commitment to team success and process improvement, alongside meeting individual targets. • Learning and Growth: An eagerness to develop your sales skills and advance your career within a fast-paced tech sales environment.
