• HeadQuarters partners with US cannabis companies in finance, sales operations, and logistics. • Seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Client Engagement Manager. • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients as the primary point of contact. • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and addressing concerns. • Manage a team of client engagement specialists, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and challenges through active listening and effective questioning. • Build rapport and establish trust with key client stakeholders at all levels. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. • Proactively identify and address potential client issues or concerns. • Clearly articulate our value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions address client needs. • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, support) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. • Develop and execute account plans to maximize client value and retention. • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of client engagement specialists. • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members. • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. • Identify training and development needs for team members. • Maintain accurate client records and documentation. • Contribute to the development and improvement of client engagement processes. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. • Experience in managing and developing a team. • Knowledge of project management methodologies. • Familiarity with looking at people's output data.
