Description

β€’ The SDR at Otter revolves around lead generation rather than closing new deals. β€’ SDRs are measured by how effectively they move leads through the sales pipeline from the comfort of your home. β€’ Instead of researching leads, we have a pipeline of 6000 in our HubSpot for you to go after. β€’ You will be in charge of setting up the first meeting for the VP of sales to focus on closing deals. β€’ The SDR position will be scheduling Demos meetings for the VP of Sales. β€’ Sales Calls to leads in our pipeline. β€’ Updating Notes in Hubspot. β€’ Adding lead to pre-built sequence campaign based on (left voice-mail, interested but not booked). β€’ Networking via Linkedin. β€’ Actively promote the image, capability, and integrity of Otter Waiver. β€’ The goal is 120 solid appointments each month.

Requirements

β€’ Works hard/Driven to succeed β€’ Organized β€’ Positive attitude β€’ Coachable β€’ Process-driven β€’ Good knowledge of the industry and company β€’ Hard worker, you will be expected to use Lightning for a minimum of 6 hours a day. β€’ Someone agile and flexible to the demands of the business β€’ Excellent skills at reaching out and making contact via phone, email, and social media β€’ Hubspot experience a bonus
