📋 Description
• Rockstar blends human recruiters with GenAI to help small-to-midsize businesses hire professional talent efficiently. • We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist in driving referrals, managing outreach, and executing targeted campaigns alongside the founder. • The role focuses heavily on referrals rather than cold outbound strategies, engaging with the existing network, nurturing partnerships, and creatively generating new opportunities. • SDRs will follow a proven playbook but also have the freedom to experiment and refine strategies. • This is an hourly contract role with uncapped bonuses for meetings booked.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written English – Ability to write clear, engaging, and natural-sounding business emails. • Relevant experience – Prior experience in sales development, partnerships, recruitment, or a similar role is a plus. • Proactive & motivated – Resourceful, takes initiative, and loves figuring things out. • Process-driven but adaptable – Can follow a playbook but also think on their feet and suggest improvements. • Strong research & organization skills – Can manage outreach lists, track conversations, and keep things running smoothly.
