β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Associate with proven experience in hiring for marketing roles to join our team. β€’ You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and managing top talent for our growing job requisitions, specifically within the marketing domain. β€’ Working closely with the HR and Talent Recruiting Specialist, you will ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. β€’ Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Source and engage top marketing talent through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks. β€’ Screen resumes and applications, ensuring alignment with marketing role requirements. β€’ Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' suitability for roles. β€’ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels. β€’ Maintain a well-organized talent pipeline within the applicant tracking system (ATS). β€’ Onboarding and Employee Records: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary documentation. β€’ Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. β€’ Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions tailored to marketing hires. β€’ Administrative Support: Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including interview scheduling and calendar management. β€’ Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents. β€’ Assist in crafting recruitment-related internal and external communications. β€’ Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. β€’ Assist in preparing recruitment and HR reports as needed. β€’ Participate in audits of recruitment processes and records.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for marketing roles. β€’ Experience using Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent sourcing tools. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. β€’ Strong knowledge of marketing roles, industry trends, and candidate sourcing strategies. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite. β€’ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. β€’ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
