📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end learning projects from project initiation to project close. • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and obtain necessary approvals. • Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, deliverables, milestones, goals and success metrics that meet timelines and budget. • Facilitate project meetings and check-ins keeping team members and stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and changes. • Monitor and track project progress and ensure milestone achievement. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans. • Implement risk management plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a L+D environment. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proficient in project management tools and software. • Highly driven with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome. • Experience working with project teams, SMEs and executive level personnel. • 7+ years of experience in Project Management. • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional training environment.
