• Be the spark that brightens days and ignite your career with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. • You'll be responsible for strategic and day-to-day recruitment marketing activities. • This includes analyzing the market and target demographics for the site, • creating a sourcing plan, designing and promoting employee referral programs, • organizing job fairs and community outreach events, and investigating new sourcing channels. • Establish the employee referral program as the first or second source for new candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly and team members are required to wear multiple hats • At least 6 months of marketing or volume recruiting experience • Bachelor’s degree • Creative and innovative sourcing ideas • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High speed internet and a quiet workspace
