• Support customers of a global luxury retail brand • Help customers shop and resolve questions about their orders • Report to your team leader • Understand customers’ needs and provide alternative solutions including upselling

• 6 months or more of customer service experience • Ability to read, write, and speak English • High school diploma or equivalent • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge • Computer experience • Must already reside in Canada
