• The Chief of Staff will serve as a critical strategic partner to the CFO, leveraging a strong professional background from top-tier financial institutions. • Ideal candidates will bring several years of experience from leading investment banks, management consulting firms, or private equity/venture capital environments. • This role requires an exceptional candidate who can act as a force multiplier across investor relations, corporate development, and key strategic initiatives. • The successful individual will combine sophisticated financial expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to support the CFO in managing complex cross-functional projects, driving financial strategy, and providing high-impact analytical insights.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced financial degree strongly preferred • 4-6 years of experience in strategic roles at top-tier investment banks, consulting firms, or venture capital/private equity environments • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills • Proven track record of driving cross-functional strategic initiatives • Deep understanding of business strategy and financial ecosystems • Demonstrated interest or experience in technology-driven strategic development
