β€’ A Community Manager plays a vital role in building, growing, and managing a brand's online and offline communities. β€’ They act as the bridge between the company and its audience, ensuring engagement, brand loyalty, and a positive user experience.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. β€’ Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role. β€’ Must have worked with Crypto/Blockchain company. β€’ Experience in doing X spaces and can share their track of record. β€’ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.). β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously. β€’ Creative problem solver with a passion for customer engagement and community-building. β€’ Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms. β€’ Knowledge of customer service principles and brand management.
