Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role. • Must have worked with Crypto/Blockchain company. • Experience managing telegram, discord channels. • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously. • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer). • Knowledge of customer service principles and brand management.
