β€’ A Community Manager plays a vital role in building and managing a brand's online communities. β€’ Acts as the bridge between the company and its audience, ensuring engagement and loyalty. β€’ Strong understanding of content creation tools and analytics platforms.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. β€’ Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role. β€’ Must have worked with Crypto/Blockchain company. β€’ Experience managing telegram, discord channels. β€’ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.). β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously. β€’ Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer). β€’ Knowledge of customer service principles and brand management.
