• Extensive experience (8+ years) in CRM management, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and customization. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Rill, with a proven track record of developing sophisticated dashboards and reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members while driving results in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
