📋 Description

• Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Manager, Billing Operations to lead and grow our Billing Team in Mexico. • Direct supervision to a team of Billing Analysts within the Billing Operations Department. • Ensure the team provides a first-class service that is efficient, effective, and customer-focused. • Manage onboarding of customer contracts, pricing models and billing of customers. • Provide a first-class service by managing customer queries and their timely responses. • Participate in month-end close including managing and tracking recurring billing. • Mentor team members, refining processes and provide training.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting/finance/operations experience. • Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance or a Business related discipline or equivalent experience. • Strong experience in the area of Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash. • Demonstrated problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Solid experience working with large volume transactions. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. • Advanced Excel user: able to handle very large “raw” data sets using pivots and advanced functions such as VLOOKUP. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience working with Oracle, Zuora and Salesforce is advantageous, although not essential. • 2-3 years of managerial experience in Billings/Revenue for a publicly traded company. • SOX experience. • Proficient Spanish and Portuguese.
