• Outbound Sales Development Representatives contribute to go-to-market strategy opportunities for Twilio globally. • The Global Sales team builds out customer base and brings Twilio to developers and businesses. • Research prospective customers and generate leads through outbound dials and emails. • Break into new companies and markets to drive brand awareness. • Achieve and exceed monthly goals for business opportunities. • Partner with an Account Executive to close new business opportunities. • Receive training and insights to contact prospects effectively.

Requirements

• Hunter mentality, goal-oriented and biased to action • Lean into change rather than shy away from it • Look forward to variety in a normal workday • You have navigated challenges and overcome obstacles • Adopt responsibility and are passionate about joining forces with various Account Executives • Proficient written and verbal communication in English. • Strong direct sales skills and a consistent track record of performance • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role • Experience working in a software-selling environment • Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
