Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant work experience within SaaS or CPaaS industry, BS in Computer Science or equivalent • 3+ years of previous people leadership experience or equivalent as a senior individual contributor • Proven track record of building high performance teams and leading by example • Superior written and verbal communication skills • A hands-on approach to problem solving • Strong understanding of developer adoption cycle and relevant technology areas • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure • Experience with sales methodologies • Cross-functional experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical consulting is a plus • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive problem solving
