• Join as Twilio’s next Payments and Capacity Product Manager. • Help accelerate the growth of Twilio's Pay and capacity products. • Ensure PCI compliance and manage relationships with payment processor partners.

Requirements

• Education in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science or similar. • Experience writing requirements for a software feature or solution for internal or external customers. • Demonstrated experience working with big data sets using tools like SQL queries, sheets, or similar. • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding. • Ability to speak and write in English fluently. • Experience in the fintech industry and familiarity with PCI compliance and payment processing vendors. • Experience independently testing hypotheses and quantifying expected impact by querying internal data sets. • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development process with distributed teams and customers. • Experience working with direct sales, marketing, and defining pricing/packaging.
