•Join the team as our next Staff Accountant on the General Ledger Accounting team! •Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences. •Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Staff Accountant who will be a key contributor on our US General Ledger Accounting team. •You will gain experience in a high-growth company and have opportunities to be recognized for your contributions. •As a staff accountant, you will work closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams to provide quality and accurate financial results in a timely manner.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Finance/Accounting related function •1+ years of accounting experience •Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close processes •Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management •Detail oriented and strong organizational skills •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively. •Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills •Desire to learn new things and take on additional tasks to support the team
