• Support customers’ use of the Twilio platform • Function as the voice of Twilio • Operate as a subject matter expert for Twilio’s APIs and SDKs • Work shifts to support APAC/EMEA customers

Requirements

• Full-Stack Javascript development experience with troubleshooting capabilities in Node.js • Understanding of OOP • Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs • Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues • High competency in communicating technical issues • Ability to stand in the customer’s shoes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 3 to 5 years experience in Full-Stack Javascript development
