Dan is TwynstraGudde voor jou ‘the place to be’! • Het gaat hierbij vaak om complexe ruimtelijke opgaven, veelal herontwikkelingsprojecten. • Je denkt na over de ontwikkelstrategie en werkt die uit, je begeleidt het proces met betrokken partijen, brengt kennis in om opgaven haalbaar te maken en creëert draagvlak. • Een rol waarbij veel samenkomt. • Belangrijk is niet alleen het ‘wat’ te kunnen bepalen, maar vooral invulling te kunnen geven aan het ‘hoe’: van strategie naar uitvoering.
🎯 Requirements
• WO-werk- en denkniveau. • Een opleiding in een technische (bijvoorbeeld civiele techniek) en/of ruimtelijke richting (bijvoorbeeld gebiedsontwikkeling, planologie of sociale geografie). • In staat om invulling te geven aan strategische vragen én deze te kunnen vertalen naar een aanpak/ de uitvoering. • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in gebiedsontwikkeling. • Ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan een betere ruimtelijke inrichting van ons land. • Kennis en ervaring heeft in het vak van gebiedsontwikkeling. • Proactief en in staat om samen met anderen te werken.
