🎯 Requirements
• Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding en academisch werk- en denkniveau. • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in het ruimtelijke domein. • Aantoonbare kennis van het opstellen van grondexploitaties/businesscases, exploitatieplannen, residuele grondprijsberekeningen. • Affiniteit met het vervullen van de rol van adviseur. • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, resultaatgericht en met financieel inzicht.
