📋 Description

• Tydo is changing the way e-commerce brands grow by using AI to deliver personalized experiences and smarter customer segmentation. • As a Senior Product Manager at Tydo, you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering AI-powered personalization and advanced segmentation features for e-commerce brands. • You’ll own the roadmap, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, and ensure that our products drive measurable impact. • This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of customer journeys, engagement channels, and data-driven decision-making. • Key Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering, and analyzing customer behavior and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, AI-driven analytics, or e-commerce platforms. • Strong ability to balance strategy with execution, moving quickly while keeping an eye on long-term impact. • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments. • Technical acumen, with an understanding of software development processes, AI/ML concepts, and data analytics. • Proficiency in tools for roadmap management, analytics, and user behavior tracking. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making. • Experience with customer segmentation, user funnel optimization, or retention-focused product features. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. • Passion for e-commerce and helping brands use data to grow.
