Description

• Consulting with Tyk customers. • Supporting established Solution Architects daily. • Working with the SA’s Account manager, CSAs and assigned Support Engineer. • Building a technical relationship with the customer. • Working with Customers and SA’s to establish solutions. • Participating in technical discovery calls with new and existing customers. • Working with SA’s and AM’s to define customer needs. • Liaising with internal Tyk teams. • Building and delivering POC’s, reference architectures, plugins and API definitions. • Updating customer database with meeting notes, progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• A background in Technology or a STEM subject. • Genuine engineering curiosity in ‘how things work’. • K8s or container experience (nice to have). • Developer skills (Go, Python or GRPC compliant languages) (nice to have).
