Requirements

• Familiarity with process automation and workflow optimisation, especially in CRM systems. • Basic API and Integration Knowledge: Understanding how to integrate third-party tools and platforms with in-house systems. • Ability to leverage data analytics to track system performance and enhance decision-making. • Experience or willingness to learn in scaling CRM systems and optimising customer relationships. • Ability to spearhead new initiatives while managing and strengthening relationships with third-party vendors or partners. • Expertise in setting a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals. • Strong focus on reducing manual processes, improving system workflows, and increasing automation levels. • Skilled in iterating on processes based on continuous feedback and performance reviews. • Proven experience managing complex external partnerships and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, compliance, risk, customer operations). • Ability to translate technical information for non-technical teams and stakeholders. • Ability to make data-driven decisions quickly, especially when dealing with complex or ambiguous situations. • Experience in leading teams and driving projects from inception to completion. • Focus on improving the CRM system from the end-user’s perspective, both internally and externally. • Ability to handle frequent changes in requirements and adapt to evolving market trends or regulatory demands, especially in fintech. • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to support multiple squads. • Excellent stakeholder management for both internal teams and third-party partners. • A strong agile mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
