β€’ As a Customer Success Specialist, you are responsible for retaining current customers, onboarding new customers, upselling freemium customers, and driving customer satisfaction. β€’ This role is primarily focusing on inside customer outreach but also requires occasional travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and industry events. β€’ Develop a healthy customer relationship β€’ Retain existing customers β€’ Convert existing freemium customers to paid customers β€’ Ensure maximum software utilization by customers β€’ Onboard new customers β€’ Provide webinars and training β€’ Encourage customers to subscribe to more/all products offered β€’ Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers assigned to you β€’ Coordinate efforts with other teams and teammates to resolve issues quickly β€’ Attend trade shows, industry events, and visit customers onsite β€’ Help with logistics and setup of trade shows - requires lifting booth furniture β€’ Perform various public speaking events where you present the program to teachers, principals, and school district leaders and answer their questions β€’ Maintain a thorough knowledge of edclub products β€’ Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Excellent telephone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong presentation skills over the web and in-person β€’ Sense of humor, positive attitude, and superior relationship-building skills β€’ Good organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Ability to work both independently (with direction) and with a team β€’ Proficient use of web-based products such as Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and generally β€˜tech-savvy’ β€’ Experience with CRM systems preferred β€’ Minimum 2+ years of related experience preferably in SaaS sales, account management, or inside sales role β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred
