📋 Description
• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders who are reporting losses or damages covered by their UAIC policies. • The Claims Representative will gather essential information, assess initial claim validity, and ensure a seamless and empathetic experience for the policyholder. • This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location within the Southeast region.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus). • Bilingual (English & Spanish) • At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies, coverage, and claims processed is a plus.
