β€’ Build trust-based relationships with business leaders, offering thought partnership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution β€’ Consult with our leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change as we scale β€’ Provide expertise in career development, performance management, coaching, employee relations, people data analysis, learning and development, recognition programs, compensation and rewards β€’ Solve challenges and get to the root cause of issues, no matter how complex β€’ Design and implement solutions across multiple disciplines, even beyond people and organizational solutions β€’ Identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health β€’ Participate as an integral member of the extended People and Places team, helping our team succeed on all aspects of our people’s experience

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in employment law (Multiple EMEA/APAC countries desired) β€’ People Partner (HRBP) experience, providing support to senior leaders β€’ HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations β€’ Experience scaling a business and/or acquisition and integration experience β€’ Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational, people-related strategies and outcomes β€’ Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with executive leaders/stakeholders to drive organizational change β€’ Ability to work within constraints and to challenge status quo β€’ Comfortable with ambiguity β€’ Driven by data in decisions and driving results
