β€’ About ClickHouse β€’ We are the company behind the popular open-source, high performance columnar OLAP database management system for real-time analytics. β€’ ClickHouse works 100-1000x faster than traditional approaches. β€’ With an amazing community already adopting our open-source technology, we are now embracing our journey in delivering Cloud first solutions to delight our customers. β€’ ClickHouse is looking to hire an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team. β€’ You will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging and positioning that will resonate with prospective customers. β€’ You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, field teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and drive the increased awareness and adoption of ClickHouse. β€’ Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ClickHouse. β€’ Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate ClickHouse in the market. β€’ Create high-impact marketing collateral, including website content, conference materials, presentations, and internal enablement content. β€’ Lead the launch of new products and features. β€’ Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategies. β€’ Evaluate and iterate on this strategy with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in product, product marketing, or a software engineering role at a startup β€’ Deep understanding of databases, particularly SQL and OLAP, or another relevant technical domain (data analytics, observability) β€’ Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience and/or a deep interest in developing product positioning and messaging β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely β€’ Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making β€’ Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously β€’ Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels β€’ Passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to stay current on industry trends and advancements
