β€’ Udacity is on a mission of forging futures in tech through radical talent transformation in digital technologies. β€’ Actively seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead, develop and inspire a highly talented team in the EMEA region. β€’ Your leadership, coaching, and sales strategy will position your teams to acquire new customers, grow existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, enterprise sales, or business development, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment. β€’ 5+ years Sales Leadership experience recruiting, developing, and leading a highly successful team of Senior Enterprise Sales professionals - EdTech background strongly preferred β€’ Process Oriented with practical experience guiding your teams to deliver consistently strong results with a well structured sales methodology. β€’ Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and structure deals with C-suite executives. β€’ Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies. β€’ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets. β€’ Excellent business acumen, with the ability to assess market opportunities and drive strategic initiatives. β€’ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across different teams. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ A forward-thinking, innovative, and problem-solving mindset. β€’ Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
