• You'll lead our business development efforts across the EU and UK markets, focusing on generating new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. • You will be a player-coach to a small team in a fast-paced, start-up environment, fostering collaboration across diverse sectors to drive growth and expand our market presence.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales position, preferably within a start-up environment • Strong knowledge within SaaS sales, and ideally experience selling to utilities • Ability to think strategically with a track record of successfully identifying and closing new business, ideally with enterprise clients • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making • Excellent written communication and presentation skills • Proactivity - you will continually push for more and suggest and implement processes and ways of working to be better • Alignment to the vision, mission, and values of ev.energy
