β’ Proven record of accomplishment of success in software sales, preferably within the SaaS/cloud space. β’ Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams, manage and plan at a regional and account level. β’ Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, that you are comfortable in contract negotiation and deal forecasting experience. β’ Experience successfully managing a high performing Sales team with a proven ability to meet and exceed forecasts. β’ Deep understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity. β’ Experience within the Media and Entertainment industry will be considered as a plus.
