β€’ Execute the sales strategy: Drive revenue expansion and achieve sales targets. β€’ Recognise and prioritise markets, maximising sales opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with other senior executives to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. β€’ Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives in alignment with corporate strategy. β€’ Lead and manage the sales team: Recruit, develop, guide, and energise a high-achieving sales team. β€’ Provide mentorship and direction to mid-senior managers, further enhancing their managerial skills, dedication to coaching, sales methodologies, and functional technology employment. β€’ Establish distinct performance projections and targets for the sales team and provide continual coaching and assessment. β€’ Cultivate a culture of partnership, responsibility, inclusivity, and continual advancement within the sales team. β€’ Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth: Develop and maintain team forecasts. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Drive customer acquisition efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. β€’ Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas for business expansion. β€’ Optimise sales processes and operations: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Implement and maintain sales metrics and reporting systems to track performance and provide actionable insights. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not exhaustive; marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximise customer satisfaction. β€’ Foster a customer-centric approach: Champion a customer-first mindset within the sales organisation, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and delivering value. β€’ Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless customer experiences throughout the sales lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven record of accomplishment of success in software sales, preferably within the SaaS/cloud space. β€’ Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams, manage and plan at a regional and account level. β€’ Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, that you are comfortable in contract negotiation and deal forecasting experience. β€’ Experience successfully managing a high performing Sales team with a proven ability to meet and exceed forecasts. β€’ Deep understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity. β€’ Experience within the Media and Entertainment industry will be considered as a plus.
