📋 Description

• Fire & Security Service Engineer - London & Home counties • Conduct routine service, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems. • Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards, meeting the requirements of our clients. • Promptly respond to service calls and resolve any issues in an efficient and professional manner. • Work as part of a team, collaborating with other engineers and providing support on larger projects. • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Possess relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems. • Hold necessary qualifications in fire and security systems or related fields. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Full, Manual UK Drivers License. • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.A self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards. • Relevant experience in fire and security systems. • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of various systems. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately and efficiently. • Professional and customer-oriented approach.
