Description
• Analyze and make sense of huge datasets to optimize player experience • Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for product and growth teams • Design and monitor quality of new data sources for routine analysis • Perform cohorted player analysis to unlock insights into player behaviour • Assist in the design of new game features • Manage billions of rows of data along with data pipeline • Respond to ad-hoc requests from product, growth teams, and leadership
Requirements
• Strong understanding of SQL • Proficiency in data visualization • Knowledge of A/B testing methods and statistical concepts including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals • Experience managing a live product • The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences • An appetite to learn, grow, and take on increasingly more responsibility • A strong desire to answer questions that can drive actionable decisions • Previous experience at a mobile game/app company (big plus) • Previous experience with Python for statistical analysis (big plus) • Degree in statistics, economics, math, the sciences, or a related field (big plus) • A passion for game design or mobile games (big plus)
