• Solid technical background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field. • Several years of site management experience, preferably in construction management. • Experience in business development within the construction products or services sector. • Strong entrepreneurial, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking. • Excellent project management skills. • Extensive expertise in building materials and construction processes. • Good knowledge of relevant construction standards and building regulations in Germany. • Strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and presentation strength. • Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 30% across Europe). • Very good knowledge of German and English.
