🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of leadership experience managing teams across sales, internal sales, and technical sales functions • Proven expertise in component business, service business, or comparable business models, including distribution and OEM environments • Solid project management experience, providing valuable support and insights into sales and business operations • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
