• Teamleiter Sales & Technik 3D-Betondruck • Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines strategischen Plans für 3DCP • Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und -möglichkeiten • Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder • Definition der Go-to-Market-Strategie • Überwachung des End-to-End-Managements 3DCP-Projekte • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards • Markt- und Trendbeobachtung zu 3DCP • Förderung eines kollaborativen Arbeitsumfeldes • Pflege und Ausbau des Stakeholder-Netzwerkes • Budgetierung und Ressourcensteuerung der 3D-Druck G2M-Projekte.
🎯 Requirements
• fundierte technische Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Ähnlichem • mehrjährige Baustellenexpertise, vorzugsweise in der Bauleitung • Erfahrung im Business Development im Bereich Bauprodukte oder Bau-Services • großes unternehmerisches, strategisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken • Kommunikationsstalent, Freude an der Schnittstelle zu fungieren • exzellente Projektmanagementfähigkeiten • Fundierte Expertise in Bauwerkstoffen und Bauprozessen • Erfahrung mit oder starkes Interesse an 3D-Betondruck • starke Führungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung • gute Kenntnisse der baurelevanten Normen und Bauregeln in Deutschland • großes Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungskraft und Präsentationsstärke • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigenständigkeit und Selbstmotivation • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30% europaweit) • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
