Description
• Responsible for working with stakeholders to implement and optimize Salesforce CRM • Provide scalable solutions by leveraging Salesforce features and best practices • Manage reports/dashboards and maintain security and data integrity • Provide user training and support; write process documentation • Oversee a small team of analysts supporting Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field • Three years of experience with enterprise systems administration and development in higher education environments • The following Salesforce Certifications: Platform App Builder; Administrator; and Platform Developer I.
