• Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree. • Strong understanding and knowledge of grassroots and professional football and sports landscape • Superior negotiation and communication skills to achieve successful partnerships & collaborations. • Proven experience working well with others to maintain and build cross-functional (internal and external) relationships including agency partners, internal clients, editors, and influencers. • Deep knowledge and understanding of short and long-term marketing strategies. • Budgeting experience to manage financial resources effectively to support marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
