• The Sr. professional Sports Marketing UK-London, is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with the company’s athletes, influencers and grassroot programs within the UK. • This role will oversee the product seeding process and will be the direct point of contact with athletes, influencers and their representatives to coordinate seamlessly the execution of our Brand and Marketing initiatives to drive sponsorship ROI. • Key responsibilities will include: partnership day-to-day management, product seeding and forecasting, cross-functional collaboration to support partnership activation - budget management – locally monitor trends of the sport and culture landscape.
• Bachelor's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience and proven track record in brand and sports marketing experience within Europe across sports and/or lifestyle brand(s). • Experience in working with athletes and athlete’s partners & agencies is a must. • Strong understanding and knowledge of grassroots and the professional sports landscape. • Preferable experience working in football. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills to achieve successful partnerships & collaboration with athletes and partners. • Proven experience working well with others to maintain and build cross-functional (internal and external) relationships including agency partners, internal clients. • Strong project management skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
