• Lead and manage our digital outreach strategy (email and SMS) to optimize engagement and collections performance. • Improve deliverability rates by implementing email/SMS best practices, monitoring blacklists, and resolving spam filter issues. • Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows within MailWiz, SendGrid, and Twilio for seamless digital communications. • Own content strategy develop high-converting email subject lines, SMS copy, and personalized messaging. • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously A/B test for improvement. • Manage compliance and regulatory adherence (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure best practices. • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new tools and optimize campaign automation.
• 5+ years of experience in digital engagement, email/SMS marketing, or digital collections. • Hands-on experience with email and SMS automation platforms (MailWiz, SendGrid, Twilio, Mobiz, or similar). • Expertise in deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warm-up, list hygiene). • Strong content and copywriting skills (writing high-converting subject lines and SMS messages). • Data-driven mindset —ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results. • Familiarity with compliance regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM). • Experience using Twig functions for dynamic email templates (a plus). • SQL and analytics knowledge (a plus for segmentation and performance tracking).
