Description
• As a Phone Recruiter, responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruiting process. • Focus on high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach. • Primary duties include screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
Requirements
• Proven experience in phone-based sales, recruiting, or high-volume outreach. • Fluency in English is required (both spoken and written). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in email and phone communication. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
