📋 Description

• As the B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage the business’s paid media (search/social/display), SEO and local search strategies to drive full funnel customer engagement including brand consideration, leads and revenue. • You will be responsible for translating our business unit strategy into performance marketing plans executed with top-tier agency support and a multi-million dollar media budget. • Full funnel media knowledge and deep SEO knowledge are integral to your success. • Paid Media strategy – design and execute media campaigns across different United Rentals’ businesses to drive revenue and leads. • Collaborate closely with agency partners. • Present media strategies and plans to key stakeholders. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy – monitor keyword performance and collaborate with content team to ensure brand/non-brand terms are discoverable and converting. • Propose content additions to improve discoverability. • Deep knowledge of share of search and how to influence it. • Understanding of technical SEO and collaboration with website development team are keys to success. • Local Search strategy – run point on local search to ensure branch locations and listings are discoverable and driving calls to the branches. • Collaborate with external vendors, internal branch managers and IT to ensure that branches rank high in local search. • Vendor/Solution SME – manage the external discoverability tools and databases used to drive the digital marketing strategy. • Stay abridge of new technology and trends in the search/media space. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience as a digital marketing professional with a background in search and media marketing (B2B space preferred) • Experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders • Experience using Google Analytics, Yext, Google Ad Words, Google My Business (GMB), Google Search Console (GSC), SEM Rush, Salesforce.com, Quantcast/Amobee, Social Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills • Project Management skills and collaborative work style • Goal focused with track record of hitting revenue goals • Ability to simplify complex topics/educate others on digital initiatives • Manage multiple projects, move at pace and dynamically flex based upon need
