Description

• Unlock Health breaks down the walls that healthcare providers have lived with for decades. • You will play a critical role across multiple lines of business, bridging the gap between client business objectives and Unlock Health’s technology solutions. • The role involves supporting Unlock’s existing product portfolio with clients and developing new analytic solutions and insights. • You’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions focused on leveraging analytics practices to support our healthcare-focused business. • Find the “story” in the data and communicate insights with clients and internal team members. • Combine and analyze data sets from multiple sources/platforms such as: client business information, marketing performance data, and publicly available datasets. • Conduct thorough analyses of business problems and leverage our products, processes, and your own problem-solving skills. • Identify issues and initiate independent research to problem solve. • Support the product and client success teams by analyzing client adoption of new product features. • Evaluate and recommend process and tool improvements to enhance the overall value of our products and services. • Collaborate with development teams, product managers, client success teams, and other stakeholders to create positive results for our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 2+ years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or Analytics role • Healthcare experience required; healthcare consulting firm experience a plus • Analytics experience with large claims datasets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL (or similar tool) for data analysis • Preferred professional experience with Tableau and SQL • Strong analytical, data analysis, and interpretation skills • Ability to identify opportunities and put together an actionable business case • A self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
