• The Digital Program Director for Strategic Accounts is a critical Performance Marketing role that involves leading a team of performance marketing Campaign Managers. • Be accountable for the growth and evolution of Strategic Accounts, ensuring client goals are met and opportunities for expansion are identified. • Engage in client touchpoints, often with senior stakeholders, as needed to foster relationships, address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and position Unlock Health as a critical partner in their digital efforts. • Review and strategize on new client requests, ensuring the team has the resources, clarity, and support needed for successful execution. • Identify opportunities to increase scalability and efficiencies within the Strategic Accounts book of business by optimizing workflows, leveraging technology, and refining processes.
• Highly sophisticated performance media strategy background (ideally in healthcare, but not required) • Experience leading teams of senior individual contributors • Experience with in-person new business pitches • Experience and comfortability leading strategy conversations with senior client stakeholders (VP+) and making recommendations about campaign targeting capabilities
