Description

• Our client is seeking an energetic and strategic Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in the APAC region. This pivotal role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client support and product enhancement feedback. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, key stakeholders, and potential clients, fostering trust and collaboration. • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the APAC market, aligning with the company’s overall objectives. • Identify and engage high-potential clients, including private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consulting firms, driving new business opportunities. • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing customer support, ensuring a seamless client experience. • Represent the company at high-profile industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and position the company as a thought leader. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and gather product feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales within a startup or high-growth environment is crucial, with a strong record of exceeding targets. • Strong industry connections within the APAC region, with a network of key stakeholders and influencers. • Experience with or knowledge of private equity, investment banking, or related sectors is highly advantageous. • Stellar academic credentials from top-tier institutions, showcasing analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for a global, around-the-clock team. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Ability to work autonomously and lead sales initiatives in a new territory, demonstrating strong self-motivation and leadership. • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as necessary to meet clients and stakeholders, ensuring a hands-on approach to sales.
