📋 Description

• Updater is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, cultivate strategic relationships, and champion our portfolio of products in a fast-paced, startup environment. • This role requires a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure clients receive best-in-class solutions. • You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and play a critical role in building and strengthening our market presence.

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-family: Proven experience working with key multifamily stakeholders, preference working closely with the NMHC top 50. • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to prospect, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at delivering compelling presentations and product demos. • CRM Proficiency: Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management. • Results-Driven: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, along with strong negotiation and influencing skills. • Collaboration: Team player with experience partnering cross-functionally to drive client success. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment with shifting priorities.
