• Who are we? UpGuard’s mission is to protect the world’s data. We obsessively seek out elegant, robust ways to enable our customers to find, acknowledge, and remediate cyber risk. • Where does this role fit in? As our Product Management team has grown, we’ve identified an opportunity to add a Product Operations function to support it. The Product Operations Manager role is our first hire into this team.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role. • 3+ years of experience in a related field. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Matlab, Looker). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard). • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
