• A proven sales leader with a track record of crushing quotas in complex SaaS or B2B sales. • Startup/scaleup experience: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • A self-starter: You don’t just meet expectations - you exceed them, driven by an internal passion for excellence. • A hunter with urgency: You know how to manage a pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and close deals efficiently. • Fluent in German and English: You’re a natural communicator, capable of building trust and excitement in both languages. • Familiarity with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and sustainability reporting practices.
